THE HUNTER has received a great response from US audiences after its World Premiere at the 36th Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). Snapped up by Magnolia Pictures, the film will release in US cinemas next year.

Sydney Film Festival

Efilm Australia is proud to announce the continuation of their support of  the Sydney Film Festival with the production of the 2011 TV spots and cinema trailer.

Laid

on Friday, 11 March 2011.

Currently airing on ABC1 is the Liz Watts’ produced TV series “Laid” which was completed at Efilm Sydney. Laid was graded through the Resolve Suite with colourist Kieran Bleakley and onlined in Avid DS with Kristian Whitlock. This is the latest series edited through Spectrum Films.

Efilm slips into shorts to catch the last of the warm weather

Efilm is due shortly to commence post production on Michael Spiccia’s new short film “Wreck Yard”, as well as Nash Edgerton’s “Bear”. The projects will be utilising Efilm’s premier Resolve and Lustre Grading suites and create a final D-Cinema set of deliverables. Last year Efilm provided full post production services on the highly acclaimed short film “The Telegram Man” and is continuing to seek new short film projects and provide support and finance for filmmakers with great ideas for both long and short productions.
